On 12th June 2022 HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESSES: Patient was apparently asymptomatic 3 days ago, the patient developed c/o pain at the abdominal region (left side) with many episodes of vomitings and loose motions , patient also presented with burning micurition and low urine output on 12th June 2022. Patient visited a local physician on 12th June '22 and the physician prescribed him with around 6 antibiotics and suggested a scan at a hospital in Nalgonda.
